Alye are used by men for hunting and fighting or to beat the rhythm to accompany signing. This Alye was carved by Darren Hayes and is an individually hand crafted piece, made of locally and sustainably sourced Mulga Tree. This is a lovely light coloured Alye indicating it was sourced from a younger tree.
